Per-feature analytics

The reporting views that live inside each feature area, and when to use them instead of the activity dashboard.

The activity dashboard answers “what’s happening in aggregate?” But many real questions are about a specific campaign, opportunity, or benefit. Those have their own analytics built into the feature itself.

Messaging

For “did this campaign work?” questions:

  • Campaign summary: every Sent campaign has a summary page showing message count, read count, and (for push) receipt count. See Analytics and history.

  • Per-recipient history: every individual message generated by every campaign, with status. Filter by campaign by clicking on any campaign title in the table.

The activity dashboard’s Messages Sent report tells you the total volume per day; the campaign summary tells you who actually engaged.

Loyalty

For “is the program working?” and “who’s engaged?” questions:

  • Loyalty history has three tabs: Points (every earn / debit / adjustment), Rewards (every redemption), and Memberships (per-member engagement summary). See History and export.

  • Each tab has its own filters and CSV export.

The activity dashboard’s Points Claimed and Rewards Redeemed reports give you the daily counts; the loyalty history tells you which opportunities and rewards are driving them.

Guest Passes

For “what passes are out there and what’s been used?” questions:

  • The Guest Passes list itself is your analytics view; filter by status (unused / shared / redeemed), share date, redeem date, or membership. See Managing passes.

The activity dashboard’s Guest Passes Redeemed gives you the daily redemption count.

Benefits

For redeemable benefits specifically:

The activity dashboard’s Benefits Redeemed report is the daily-count companion.
