The Activity view is the easiest way to keep tabs on how your members are interacting with loyalty, providing insight into every points or reward event and a per-membership engagement summary. Use it to identify trends and produce reports.
The Reporting dashboard
For an at-a-glance summary the Loyalty Activity dashboard shows:
Total Points Earned, Redeemed, and Held across the whole program.
A Recent Activity chart of the last 30 days of events.
Leaderboards of your most active members by points claimed, points redeemed, rewards claimed, and rewards redeemed.
Top Points Sources and Top Rewards by usage.
Each dashboard card links through to the matching Activity report so you can drill from the summary into the underlying events.
Activity reports
There are three types of activity report:
Points Activity
Every points event in your org: points claimed (credits) and points spent (debits). A chart of daily event volume for the selected date range sits at the top, and each row shows:
Date of the event.
Points - the value, shown
+for a credit or-for a debit.Details - the membership, the name of the point source or reward tied to the event (or
-if none), and a badge marking it as an Opportunity, Reward, Credit, or Debit.
Rewards Activity
Every reward redemption. Each row shows:
Date it was redeemed.
Reward redeemed.
Cost - the point cost at redemption time.
Membership that redeemed it.
Memberships with Interactions
A per-membership summary of who is engaging with loyalty. Each row shows:
Name of the member.
Membership ID.
Most Recent - the date of their last points/reward event.
Source - the point source behind that most recent event.
Use this report to spot recently active members, or to see who hasn’t engaged lately.
Filtering
The Filter panel supports:
Report Type: switch between the three reports above.
From Source: narrow to events from a specific point source (Points and Memberships reports).
With Reward: narrow to redemptions of a specific reward (Rewards report).
Loyalty links only: show only the activity from loyalty link claims (Points and Rewards reports). This switch shows only when the organization has the loyalty links feature enabled.
Date:
After/Beforeto bound results to a specific window.
Filters combine with AND logic. Pagination shows 25 rows per page.
By default the view shows roughly the last month of activity. To see further back, set the After date earlier. Reset clears your source/reward and date filters and returns to that default window.
Exporting
The Export panel in the filter sidebar produces a CSV of the current report type with your filters applied. Exports are generated in the background; a download link appears when it’s ready. Common uses:
Year-end loyalty program report: total points awarded, total rewards redeemed.
Reconciliation against your point-of-sale or visit log.
Audit response: show every event within a window for a particular source or reward.
The export reflects the report and filters currently applied, so widen the date range first if you want a longer history.
Investigating a member’s history
For membership-specific questions (“why does my balance say 0?”), it’s usually faster to open the member’s details page where you can see their points history in chronological order, and you can adjust right from that view.
The Activity view is best for comparative work: “Did this source actually get used last month?” or “Who’s redeeming the most rewards?”
