The details page is the central overview for all the details of a single membership. It pulls together every piece of data PassPlay tracks for that membership into one location.
This page is also the best place to go for common member-support workflows:
“I can’t log in to PassPlay” → Details and Members section, check ID, email and/or phone number.
“I didn’t get my points” → Loyalty section, with manual adjustment controls.
“How many guest passes do I have left?” → Guest passes section.
“I never got my benefit” → Benefits section, then optionally re-grant from the Granting benefits flow.
What’s on this page
Primary Details
The membership ID, membership type/level, expiration date, and last-updated timestamp.
App and wallet connections with reset functionality
Invite status, with ability to send a new invite
Links where the member may download the Apple or Google Wallet membership card
Members List
The list of all named members on the membership with any member-specific information.
The primary member on the membership is always indicated by a green banner icon.
Loyalty Overview
Current points balance.
Points history: every points claim and rewards claim.
Rewards redeemed by this membership.
Support for manually adding/removing points, or redeeming a reward on the member’s behalf. See Adjusting points and redeeming.
Guest Passes
Every guest pass currently allocated to this membership: code, status (unused, shared, redeemed), expiration, and shared/redemption dates when applicable.

Redeemable Benefits
The individual redeemable benefits this membership has been granted. Each redeemable shows whether it’s been redeemed, when, and any redemption notes.
