PassPlay’s loyalty program allows members to earn points by doing things you define (checking in, scanning QR codes), and spend accrued points on rewards from a catalog you maintain.
Point sources determine how members earn points. Each source has a name, point value, and frequency rules (once ever, once per day, etc.). Sources can be claimed by a QR code scan or a check-in, depending on configuration.
Rewards make up your catalog of redeemable items. Each reward has a point cost and (optionally) post-redemption content shown when claimed.
Categories group opportunities and rewards for display in the app — useful when your program is large enough that members benefit from filtering.
