Signing in
The PassPlay admin is accessible at https://app.passplay.io/. Open it in any modern browser and sign in with the email address and password your PassPlay representative provided. If you’ve forgotten your password or need to request a password reset, use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in screen to receive a password reset email.
Roles
PassPlay supports two user levels:
Org Admin: full access to every view in the admin.
Standard User: limited access to membership-only views; intended as a customer service role for staff needing to assist members.
If a view mentioned in these articles isn’t visible to you, your account likely doesn’t have that feature enabled. Contact us for more information if you are interested in getting access to additional features.
