Managing reciprocals

Managing reciprocal benefits

A Reciprocal benefit is essentially a standard benefit, purpose-built for highlighting details regarding any reciprocals a member may have access to through their membership.

Fields

Field

Notes

Title

The reciprocal’s name. Keep it short like “ACM” or “Association of Children’s Museums”. Additional details should be kept in the description.

Details

Longer text shown when a member taps into the reciprocal.

URL

Optional URL for where members can find additional information about the reciprocal - great for linking to a list of participating institutions.

Logo

Optional image displayed alongside the reciprocal. Recommended: square (1:1 aspect ratio), ~512x512 px.

Membership type

Limit reciprocal access to one or more membership types. Leave blank to grant to all memberships.

Can be primary?

When a reciprocal is marked as primary, its logo image may be shown on the front of the member’s membership and wallet cards. Since only one logo may be shown on the membership card and multiple reciprocals can be marked as primary (to allow for different sets of membership type restrictions), only the logo of the first available primary reciprocal will be used.
