The FindMy feature is a branded, public-facing page that allows members to look up their membership and get onboarding instructions for PassPlay in a self-service manner. You may access your organization’s FindMy page from the button in the upper right of your Memberships page.
Links
Most organizations will link to the FindMy page from their primary membership program overview page along with other details about using PassPlay. You may link to this page from anywhere you like, however.
If you would like to link to your FindMy page with membership details pre-filled (from a membership purchase or renewal email, for example) there are query arguments available to pre-populate values in the FindMy form:
i: the membership ID fieldn: the last name fieldv: the email field
An example of using all 3 fields would look like https://findmy.passplay.io/0123456789?i=PASSPLAY2025&n=Bluth&[email protected] where
PASSPLAY2025is the membership IDBluthis the last nameand
[email protected]is the email address
Values in the link must be URL-encoded. For example, an email address that contains + must use %2B in its place. For other ways to link members to PassPlay, see Membership links.
Configuration
The hosted FindMy page uses your organization’s colors and logo as configured under Organization → Appearance.
The page title and instructions are also customizable via the Find My Settings at the bottom of the Appearance page.
Self-Hosting
The FindMy feature is also available to be embedded anywhere on your existing website. A configuration tool is available at https://passplay.io/findmy-config. If you would like to use the FindMy embed, please contact us in order to receive an API key.
