Branding and appearance

Setting colors, logos, banner image, and invite email content for your organization.

The Settings view is where you configure how PassPlay looks to members - colors on the membership card, your logos, the imagery in invite emails, and the copy that goes out when members are invited.

Colors

PassPlay uses two color pairs for theming:

Field

Use

Primary color

The dominant color on member-facing screens (membership card background, primary buttons).

Primary text color

Text drawn on top of the primary color. Pick a value with enough contrast to remain readable.

Secondary color

Accent color used on supporting elements.

Secondary text color

Text drawn on the secondary color.

Images

Four images can be uploaded:

Image

Where it appears

Logo

On the member’s app card and other member-facing surfaces. A 1:1 aspect ratio is recommended.

Invite logo

In the invite email header.

Invite hero

Featured image in the invite email body.

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP.

Invite email content

When a new or renewing member is invited, they receive an email composed from these fields:

Field

Used for

Invite subject

The email’s subject line.

Invite title

Headline at the top of the email body.

Invite directions

Body copy explaining what the invite is and what to do.

Invite app instructions

Step-by-step instructions for installing and connecting the app.

For most orgs the invite copy is set once and rarely changed. Run a test send to yourself after editing — the rendered email is the best way to verify your changes look right.

Default email template

The selected template is used as the base layout for invite emails and email campaigns.
