When you use the invite feature to send an email to your members, PassPlay offers you a preview. The email can be customized in the Appearance admin area.
Confirmation:
Select Yes to send the invitation to the selected members. If more than one member was selected, the invitation will be sent to all of them in a batch.
Choose No to cancel the send and return to the previous page.
Logo:
The logo file used here is managed in the "Header Logo" field in PassPlay Admin > Appearance.
Header text:
This text is managed in the "Header Text" field in PassPlay Admin > Appearance.
Pass image:
Manage this image in the "Phone Image" field in PassPlay Admin > Appearance.
Message:
The content of this message is managed in the "Message" field in PassPlay Admin > Appearance.
Standard instructions:
The standard instructions help users understand the process to connect their membership to PassPlay. The instructions can be disabled in PassPlay Admin > Appearance.
Wallet icons:
The one-tap feature that adds a member's pass to their device's wallet feature. Passes can be added to a wallet even if the member does not use the PassPlay app.
Footer email:
Email address managed in PassPlay Admin > Organization > Email.
