Data is updated in a nightly sync that starts at 2:00 AM Central time. This includes updates to existing members as well as new members.
Centaman, Gateway Galaxy & Tessitura
These CRM's APIs do not support a batch update process. User data is updated on a schedule, when the member opens the app. New members must trigger a lookup using your "Find My" url.
